Return & Exchange Conditions
You may return products purchased from Kandil Istanbul shop within 30 days (1 month) of the date of purchase. Items purchased from Kandil Istanbul Online Shop can be exchanged in Kandil Istanbul shop.

Items that are used, whose original packaging is damaged, or that are not in fully re-salable condition will not be accepted for return. You must present the original invoice belonging to your item(s) and its copies to be able to request a return. Items without an invoice will not be accepted for return.

Returns cannot be made unless the delivery slip, printed invoice, or exchange card belonging to your purchase is presented. Products must be returned unused, with their original packages and tags, and in the same condition they were delivered, with all accessories and components intact.

Returned items will be inspected by authorized personnel for deformities or damages caused by misuse. If the products are approved, your refund will be issued as store credit. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been approved. If your return is not approved after inspection, you will be notified of the reason and the product(s) you sent for return will be delivered back to your shipping address.
