PRIVATE LABEL PRODUCTION

We produce handmade candles for many brands both in Turkey and other countries. All candles made through the “Private Label” service are produced according to our standards; that is, using high quality raw materials, decorating each piece individually and taking care of every detail so that the finished product is unique and exclusive. In addition, you can personally choose the color of the wax and any fragrance, so that the final candle best represents your identity and conveys your corporate values.

REFILL SERVICES

    It’s good news that at Kandil Istanbul, we refill your candle vessels when emptied and provide sustainability.
To ensure a smooth delivery of your candles for refill, please do not discard the box, packaging materials, or the box. Inside your package, please provide us with your contact information and shipping address so that we can reach out to you. You can also contact us via email or phone for support. Important information for refills:
1. Choose your fragrance first and fill out the form. After completion simply wrap the vessel tight and place it in a box without cleaning and send it to us.
2. When sending your vessels to us for refill, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the sender. When we make the shipment, our current shipping conditions apply.
3. After the product is delivered to us for refill, we have a maximum turnaround time of 2 weeks.
